[20a-P06-1] Differential response of cardiomyocytes to mechanical stimulation at different developmental stages of the early chick embryo

近年、力学的刺激に応答する複数のチャンネルの存在が明らかになり、ニワトリ胚では発生段階4、5日目で分布がピークである。そこで、今回は発生段階の違いによる刺激への応答について探査した。発生段階5、7、10日目のニワトリ胚から心臓を取り出し、心筋細胞を生体内に近い環境のPDMS上に再集合させた。集合体の収縮に対し、位相差の異なる力学的刺激を与えた。発表では、位相差、発生ステージの関係について報告する。
