[20a-P08-2] The effects of Substitution to Thiocyanate Anion for (FA)PbI3

(FA)PbI3 (FA = CH(NH2)2) has attracted attention for perovskite solar cells. However, its low stability at room temperature is a difficulty for application. Here, we report the synthesis of a novel FA-based hybrid perovskite compound containing SCN- anion. Crystal structure analysis for obtained powder and single crystals revealed the superlattice structure. We discuss the effect of SCN- substitution for stabilizing the perovskite phase.
