Although non-degenerate singularities with half-integer topological charge have been studied to be circularly polarized states, it has been difficult to achieve circularly polarized laser oscillation because they are not standing wave modes. In this study, we demonstrated the standing wave mode of the circularly polarized state by reflection measurements on a SiPhC slab with honeycomb lattice of triangular holes, which was numerically demonstrated in the previous study.
