国際的な温度の標準である1990年国際温度目盛に従って低温度の温度目盛を得るには、水銀の三重点を用いて白金抵抗温度計を校正する必要があるが、近年水銀の規制が国際的に強化されており、水銀フリーの温度目盛が求められている。本研究では、水銀の三重点の代替として二酸化炭素、六フッ化硫黄、キセノンの三重点を用いて白金抵抗温度計を校正し、実現した水銀フリー温度目盛のノンユニークネスを評価した結果について報告する。
