強磁性ヘテロ接合は、スピントロニクス分野における基本的な構造であり、様々な機能を発現することが知られている。本講演では、磁気トンネル接合の輸送特性と新規材料探索、および超薄膜ヘテロ接合における特徴的な磁区構造とその動的特性等、最近の知見について紹介を行う。
