A new type of automoble photovolatics (PV) with stack architecture composed of low-concentration PV (LCPV) / lumnescent solar concetrator PV (LSC-PV) is proposed to achieve the desirable characteristics (i.e., high electricity yields in limited area, compatibility to 3D curved surface, light weight, and aesthetics). The validity of the concept is confirmed through optical design analysis and measurement of outdoor powr generation performacne using a prototype module.
