Superconducting nano-strip photon number resolving detectors (SNSPD) are widely used as fast single-photon detectors, but their photon number resolving ability is low. In this study, we considered that the photon number resolving ability of SNSPD is limited by the bandwidth of a detector and attempted to increase the photon number resolving ability by adding a choke coil to slow down the detector. In this presentation, we report the results of evaluating the photon number resolving ability of three SNSPDs with different choke coil inductances.
