In quantum technology using photons, the temporal multimode of qubits is important. However, the bandwidth of conventional quantum memories and the performance limitations of single-photon detectors limit the number of qubits that can be handled to ~ns. To solve these problems, our group has developed a multilayer quantum dot memory with a bandwidth of 10 THz and a single-photon detector with a femtosecond temporal resolution. In this presentation, we report on the storage and measurement of femtosecond temporal multimode signals using the combination of these devices.
