[20p-B102-5] Application of Solid-State Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells to Power Supplies for Environmental Sensing Devices

Yuji Tanaka1 (1.RICOH RFS EHBC)

Keywords:dye-sensitized, solid, IoT

The solid-state DSSC, which is composed of a solid material as the electrolyte of a dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) with high power generation performance in a weak indoor light source, achieved further higher functionality (improved power generation and support under cryogenic temperatures).
In order to realize an IoT society, the application of solid-state DSSC as an independent power source (photovoltaic power generation element) of wireless communication modules (high power generation under low illumination, high design, and double-sided power generation by see-through) is expected.
