△ [20p-B204-1] Li-content control of superconducting Li1-xNbO2 films by solution treatments
Keywords:Layered compound, Superconductivity, Topochemical reactions
Li1–xNbO2 exhibits hole-doped superconductivity and has a 2H-type layered structure equivalent to transition metal dichalcogenides, which are two-dimensional materials. Recently, our group has succeeded in fabricating epitaxial thin films of Li1–xNbO2 that exhibit superconductivity and high transparency in visible light, by using solid-phase epitaxy and topochemical reactions. In this study, we quantitatively evaluated the amount of Li deintercalation and its depth profile aiming to elucidate the range of Li-content control and to explore new structures and properties by ion exchange.
