Keywords:Thermoelectric device

Most polymer-based thermoelectric materials (including composite materials in which a conductive filler such as CNT is dispersed in a polymer) are thin films with the film thickness of less than 10 micrometers. When a thermoelectric device is fabricated using such a thin thermoelectric material, it is difficult to form a sufficient temperature difference in the material, which leads low power generation capability. In this study, we report a method for fabricating a π-type thermoelectric device using CNT/polymer composites with a millimeter-thickness.
