ディジタルホログラフィによる三次元計測では，逆伝搬計算により光軸に垂直な任意の面での物体光を得ることができるが，一般に光軸方向の分化能は低い．本研究では，分解能の向上を目的として，圧縮センシングに基づいた光回折トモグラフィにより珪藻の三次元屈折率分布の計測を行った
