Keywords:long-range surface plasmon polariton, on-chip integration, perovskite lasers

Lead halide perovskite materials are very attractive to develop low-cost and high-quality integrated optoelectronic circuits. Particularly, integrated coherent light sources that can be connected to waveguides on a chip are highly desired. Here, we demonstrated the coupling of on-chip perovskite nanocrystal lasers and the long-range surface plasmon polariton (LRSPP) waveguides by using an etching-free lithographic patterning. This platform can be considered to be a promising tool in optical communications and sensor-related devices.
