[20p-P02-18] Br Mixing Ratio Dependence on Energy Band Structure and Crystal Orientation of Mixed Halogen Perovskite MAPbI3-xBrx

To achieve efficient hole transport properties in 2D/3D perovskite heterostructures solar cells, energy band control was investigated by substituting the portion of iodin by bromine of MAPbI3. The effect of Br substitution on the crystal orientation of MAPbI3 was also evaluated. VBM of MAPbI3-xBrx was controlled between -5.45 eV and -5.68 eV with no orientation change from (200)/(112)-oriented MAPbI3.
