[20p-P02-4] Charge-Carrier Transport Property and Fill Factor of All-Polymer Blend Solar Cells

In all-polymer blend solar cells, where conjugated polymers are used as both electron donor (D) and acceptor (A) materials, the low fill factor (FF) limits the improvement of device performance. In this study, charge carrier transport property of all-polymer blend solar cells were evaluated and the correlation with FF was discussed. Furthermore, the microstructural features of high FF devices(~70%) were characterised by grazing incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering (GIWAXS) measurements.
