[20p-P02-8] Performance of Pore Controlled Silicon Nanoporous Particles/PEDOT:PSS solar cells
Keywords:solar cell
Inorganic-organic solar cells combining silicon with organic polymer materials have been developed to improve the power generation efficiency and manufacturing cost of solar cells. Our research group has reported that the introduction of silicon nanoporous particles in the pn interface region can improve the power generation efficiency. In this study, we have controlled the pores on the surface of silicon nanoporous particles by using the ball milling method, which is an inexpensive method for the creation of such particles. In this presentation, we report the results of our investigation of the relationship between pore control and power generation efficiency.
