We developed the technique of the improved moisture stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs) using ionic-liquid assisted-MAPbI3 Nanoparticle-seed growth approach. We also developed the CsI intercalation technology for efficient and stable PSCs. In this paper, we will introduce these techniques for realizing the high stable PSC for practical applications.
