Keywords:X-ray imaging detector, Diffraction-limit, Super-resolution

We present the development status of a lens-coupled X-ray imaging detector at SPring-8 and SACLA. A quasi-diffraction-limited resolution is achieved by improving optical property of a thin-film scintillator. A field of view is scheduled to be enhanced by implementing a 150 Mpixels CMOS image sensor and optimizing imaging optics. We starts to developt a super-resolution X-ray imaging detector to overcome the diffraction-limit. The theoretical limit is simulated to be 4.8 nm line-and-space visualization.
