△ [21a-C202-9] Formation Dynamics and Electronic State Transition of Janus MoSeS by Plasma Treatment

Janus MoSeS was successfully produced by replacing Se atoms on the surface of single-layer MoSe2 by treatment with hydrogen plasma containing sulfur. In order to obtain higher quality Janus MoSeS, we optimized the plasma treatment conditions such as distance between plasma and sample, plasma generation power, and so on. The measurements with a high processing time resolution were carried out by repeating short-time plasma irradiation and spectroscopy measurements. As a result, the unknown Raman peaks and discontinuous PL transitions were revealed.
