Keywords:a heat flux sensor, anomalous Nernst effect

The heat flow sensor can confirm heat as a vector and see the heat change in detail, but it has a complicated structure because it currently uses the Seebeck effect. Looking ahead to its application to flexible devices, we focused on the anomalous Nernst effect. A sample in which a Co thin wire was applied as a ferromagnetic thin wire on a glass substrate and a polyurethane film was coated on it was assumed. A constant heat flow was applied to it in the direction perpendicular to the plane, and the temperature gradient inside the thin wire was simulated. As a result, it was found that the temperature gradient becomes extremely larger when the thin wire width is narrower.
