[21a-P02-35] Thermoelectric spin conversion of Pt/aC/CoFeAl films
Keywords:seebeck, spin, organic
In recent years, thermoelectric power generation using the spin-seebeck effect and the anomalous Nernst effect of magnetic materials has attracted attention. Since organic materials have low thermal conductivity and are considered to have long spin relaxation lengths, we are aiming to increase power generation efficiency by using organic materials as layers that transmit spin currents. We selected amorphous carbon (aC), which can be formed inexpensively as an organic material, CoFeAl as a ferromagnetic layer, and Pt as a spin current voltage conversion layer, and fabricated three-layer structures of Pt/aC/CoFeAl. In this presentation, we report the voltage generated from the generated temperature gradient.
