[21a-P02-43] Oxidation process dependence of anomalous Hall effect of Pt/CoFe2O4 bilayer

Recently, spin current conduction in the Pt/CoFe2O4 (CFO) bilayer has been extensively investigated. As its origin, interface alloying and magnetic proximity effect were reported. However, the detailed mechanism of the spin transport in the system has not been established. Since conduction phenomena in bilayers are sensitive to the interface states, experiments with controlled interfaces are required. In this study, we deposited CFO with different oxidation processes on Pt to control the interface, and examined the effect on spin current conduction in the bilayers.
