[21a-P02-48] Parameter estimation from a magneto-optical image using machine learning

The purpose of this study is to take magnetic domain images using a magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE) microscope that can be easily observed, and to estimate the Tb concentration of the TbCo alloy film by machine learning. TbCo thin films having 10 different compositions were prepared by the sputtering method, and 100 magnetic domain images were taken for each thin film. The experimental results suggest that the Tb concentration can be estimated from the images of the MOKE microscope.
