[21a-P03-12] Preparation of Nb₃Al thin films by substrate-heated sputtering and evaluation of superconducting properties

高品質な超伝導体薄膜の作製は、高温超伝導線材の超伝導接続や高コヒーレントな超伝導量子デバイス製造の重要な要素技術である。A15型金属間化合物のNb₃AlはバルクT_cが18 Kと高く、機械的な歪みに対する特性劣化が少ない材料として知られている。今回、REBCOの低損失超伝導接続で培った技術をベースに、STO基板上にNb₃Alのスパッタリングを試みたので実験結果を報告する。
