A plurality of layers connecting a single electron oscillator on a two-dimensional plane through a capacitor are prepared to represent plane waves. In the previous report, the simulation of the oblique direction of plane waves and the expansion of their circuit size were reported. In order to keep the wave velocity constant, multiple tunneling junctions are used with probability that the waiting time of the electron tunnel occurring stochastically can be averaged. Consequently, the success rate of the plane wave propagation can be expected to be improved and the verification is performed.
