We have developed simulations of BaMO3 (BMO)-doped REBa2Cu3Oy (REBCO) thin film crystal growth by the vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) growth method and reported on the self-organization of BMO in VLS growth. In this study, we performed thin film crystal growth simulations in the VLS method with different deposition temperatures and BMO addition amounts to investigate the effect of deposition conditions on the growth morphology of REBCO based on layer-by-layer coverage.
