Imaging using a single photon such as fluorescence and luminescence provides important clues to understand the dynamics and biochemical/biological functions of biomolecules of cells and microorganisms. We have developed a multiplex readout circuit for the superconducting transition edge sensor (TES) array to realize a cell function visualizer by single photon spectrum measurement and are working on speeding up the multiplex readout circuit. We succeeded in multiple reading of 0.8 eV photons whose output relaxation time of about 300 ns.
