We fabricate various types of TES microcalorimeters and develop electro-thermal simulation for the purpose of terrestrial applications.
Because TES microcalorimeters are using under negative feedback, TES resistance depends on temperature sensitivity α and current sensitivity β.
In this presentation, we obtain α and β experimentally and compare electro-thermal simulation including α and β with measured TES signal.
