Keywords:phonon, soliton, electromechanical oscillator

Topological solitons are the phase boundaries in the systems that exhibit phase transition, being observed in various physical systems. The phase are fixed in both sides far from the soliton position so that the soliton has the unique property that it is hard to be annihilated by the external perturbation. We performed theoretical calculation showing that its robust propagation can be electrical controlled using the platform of electromechanical parametric resonator arrays. The new architecture can be used for on-chip control of soliton propagation.
