Sulfide glass electrolytes have high lithium ion conductivity and room temperature formability.
Formation of the effective solid-solid interface is a one of the most important challenge of all-solid-state batteries constructed with powder processing.
Formation of the solid-solid interface using the high formability of sulfide glass electrolytes enables the construction of high-performance all-solid-state batteries without heat treatment at high temperatures.
We will review past and recent research results on the mechanical properties of glass sulfide electrolytes and the formation of the electrode-electrolyte interface for all-solid-state batteries.
