[21p-B103-8] Preparation of sulfide-based solid electrolytes by liquid-phase process and their application to all-solid-state lithium batteries

Kiyoharu Tadanaga1 (1.Hokkaido Univ.)

Keywords:solid electrolyte, glass, liquid phase process

All-solid-state lithium secondary batteries with inorganic solid electrolytes are expected to be the next-generation batteries with higher energy density, safety, and reliability. Amorphous and crystalline sulfide solid electrolytes have been most considered as solid electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium secondary batteries. On the other hand, liquid-phase synthesis of sulfide solid electrolytes has been actively studied.. Here, an overview and our research results on the liquid-phase synthesis of sulfide solid electrolytes and their application to all-solid-state lithium batteries will be presented.
