Keywords:carbon nanotube, thermoelectric conversion

The effect of heat treatment on thermoelectric properties of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) prepared by spin-coating method was investigated. Heat treatment decreased the film resistance, increased the Seebeck coefficient, and improved the thermoelectric properties. Based on the observation of the structure of the films, it is assumed that the reason for the effect of heat treatment is the improvement of the electrical connection between CNTs due to the removal of residual surfactant in the films.
