Here, we report that the Ba_1/3CoO₂ epitaxial films prepared by ion exchange of the Na_3/4CoO₂ epitaxial films prepared by the reactive solid phase epitaxy method are stable at 600 °C in air and exhibit a reliable ZT ~0.55.
