[21p-C102-17] Electronic structure and thermoelectric properties of half-Heusler alloy Sb substituted TiNiSn

Half-Heusler alloys are thermoelectric materials with good mechanical properties. It is known that thermoelectric properties can be improved by substituting small amounts of elements. In this study, we measured the thermoelectric properties of TiNiSn with Sb substituted at the Sn. And compared the electronic structure which obtained from first-principles calculations. From the results obtained, the effect of Sb on thermoelectric properties and electronic structure is discussed.
