Keywords:tr-EFM, KFM, pump-probe

Time-resolved electrostatic force microscopy (tr-EFM) enables evaluation of charge dynamics such as charge generation / recombination and transport in a sample. So far, tr-EFM using pump-probe method has been realized. However, the method does not correct the contact potential difference (CPD). Therefore, we devised tr-EFM method which simultaneously performs CPD correction by KFM. In this study, we verified the operation of this method.
