X-ray phase imaging provides high contrast for polymer materials and biological soft tissues. Although a pixel super-resolution technique using a triangular phase grating has been developed as a new approach to obtain large field-of-view and high-resolution X-ray phase images, image quality degradation has occurred due to drift or image reconstruction methods. This study aims to clarify these causes and improve image quality by reproducing experiments through simulations.
