[21p-C302-7] Galaxy surface relief formation in azo-polymers by petal beams without orbital angular momentum

In this presentation, we report on the first formation of the multiple-armed chiral surface relief, that is galaxy surface relief, of azo-polymers by the irradiation of the temporally rotating petal beam with the help of SAM. Also, we have successfully demonstrated the fabrication of two-dimensional array of galaxy surface reliefs.
