[21p-P09-1] Fabrication and evaluation of dual-type flexible thermoelectric generators using CNT films

From the viewpoint of IoT and carbon neutrality, a dual-type flexible thermoelectric device using carbon nanotubes was fabricated and evaluated. Two types of CNT thin films, P-type and N-type, were prepared by vacuum filtration method from CNT dispersion solution A with a concentration of 0.2 wt% by ultrasonic dispersion of single-walled CNT powder in ethanol and CNT dispersion solution B with a concentration of 0.2 wt% by ultrasonic dispersion of single-walled CNT powder and surfactant in water. A polyimide substrate was used as the substrate. P-type BPs were placed on the surface of the substrate and N-type BPs were placed on the back of the substrate, and both were connected in series using copper tape and silver paste.
