[21p-P12-26] Electronic structure of graphene nano networks embedded in h-BN

Using the density functional theory, we studied geometric and electronic structures of graphene nano-networks embedded in h-BN. Our calculations demonstrated that the electronic structures of graphene networks in h-BN is sensitive to the graphene flake shapes and border between graphene and h-BN.
