[21p-P12-49] The Effect of Alcohol Fluids onto the Property of MoS2-FET
Keywords:layered material, MoS2, FET
We investigated changes in electrical characteristics when a field-effect transistor (FET) using molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) comes into contact with a liquid. Electrodes were deposited on a SiO2 / Si substrate on which a MoS2 thin film was transferred to create a MoS2-FET device. A PDMS microfluidic channel was adhered to the surface and the solution was introduced. From the result of measuring the gate voltage dependence of the drain current (ID-VG plot) when the IPA flows, the charge of the adsorbed molecule might change and the electrical property of the FET also change due to the flow of the liquid.
