In this study, we separated a semiconducting carbon nanotube (CNT) with high purity from single-walled CNT using origenal method named as ELF method, which is expected as high TCR (Temperature Coefficient Resistance) materials. The semiconducting CNT films were prepared by dip method and TCR of them was evaluated in the range of room temparature.
