Recently, Fluorescent Nuclear Track Detectors (FNTDs) have been developed for the visualization of charged particles with multiple read-out functions. We are currently investigating the usage of radio-photoluminescence (RPL) phosphate glasses as a type of FNTD. In general, RPL dosimeters do not emit scintillation or radio-luminescence, thus in-situ evaluation of radiation utilizing RPL phosphate glass has not been well realized. More recently, we have succeeded to accomplish phosphate glass with multiple activators that can compensate for the shortcomings of the conventional materials and provide an immediate radiation response. In this study, a new FNTD device was developed by adding europium in addition to silver activators. By utilizing the developed phosphate glass, we have successfully demonstrated an convenient in-situ observation and post-irradiation pattern visualization for focused ion microbeam microfabrication experiments.
