In this study, we prepared a Mn3CuxSn1-xN thin film showing a gradual negative thermal expansion and investigated its physical properties. From the results of the magnetic evaluation, it was found that the internal magnetic field increased due to the thinning. The cause of this is considered to be a change in composition during film formation or a change in the electronic state around Sn atoms due to in-plane strain due to thinning. In the presentation, I will show the Mössbauer spectra for other compositions x and report on the magnetic changes due to thinning.
