Keywords:kelvin probe force microscopy, organic donor/acceptor interface

For the purpose of understanding the interfacial properties of organic heterointerface, three kinds ofπ-conjugated polymer/fullerene films formed by the solution process was studied by Kelvin probe force microscopy. The surface potential image clearly showed a in-plane directional potential change in the thin film due to material differences. The formation of new levels near the interface was observed in certain materials.
