[21p-P17-18] Ag-desorption from fluoropolymer surface in metal vapor deposition

The phenomenon of metal vapor desorption from fluoropolymer surface was investigated. Ag was deposited on the surface of a sample prepared by the spin coating method using a PVDF-HFP acetone solution when the vacuum vapor deposition method was used. But when the prepared sample was heated above the melting point and then the Ag is vapor-deposited, Ag was desorbed. It is considered that this is because the micro layer separation occurs in the sample before heating, but the surface is uniform in the sample after heating.
