Keywords:EIS, Protonic FET, Proton conductive polymer

This work combines the Au electrode H+-FET with EIS measurement to examine the actual proton conduction behavior of the whole material regions without the influence of electrode reaction. Different from the reported H+-FET measurement, which includes the Pd electrode reaction that injects the excess proton and a DC measurement that can observe only the interface region. However, many parameters affect the modulation of the proton charge carrier by the external gate voltage, which will be discussed in detail.
