△ [22a-A302-5] Measurement of Surface Conductivity by SAW Device
Keywords:superconductivity, surface superconductivity, SAW device
In this study, we attempted to measure the surface superconductivity of DyBCO samples by a non-contact SAW device measurement. The experimental methods were SEM, XRD, and SAW device measurement. From the temperature dependence of the output high-frequency RMS value, we confirmed that the surface resistance of the sample decreases at temperature higher than the Tc. Future prospects include elucidating the mechanism of the extreme surface resistance phenomenon at the high temperature side, and deepening quantitative considerations in terms of electric field penetration length and Joule heat.
