We have developed a superconducting Niobium rectangular waveguide and measured its propagation loss in the 100 GHz band for confirmation of effectiveness to reduce the transmission attenuation. The transmission characteristics of Niobium, Aluminum alloy, and tellurium copper resonator waveguides were measured in cryogenic temperature, and the electrical conductivities were estimated based on the obtained Q-factors with resonator method. As a result, we found that the attenuation of the Niobium waveguide is 1/20-1/30 lower than that of normal metals.
