[22a-A401-3] Improvement of cycle performance of amorphous TF-LIBs by Si protection layer

In this study, we fabricated Si as a protective layer on all-solid-state thin-film lithium-ion battery consisting of a Li₃PO₄-doped V₂O₅ cathode, LiPON solid electrolyte and Si anode, and evaluated its effect on the cycle performance. The presence of the Si protective layer improved the capacity after 30 cycles of charge-discharge, confirming the effectiveness of Si as a protective layer.
