Perovskite is notable as a light-emitting material in LEDs and expected to realize electrical lasing. In this study, toward the realization of current-pumped perovskite semiconductor lasers, we found that NMA suppresses the deactivation of excited states at high current densities and optical lasing threshold decreases under low-temperature conditions.
